摘  要:以板状刚玉(3~1,≤1和≤0.044 mm)、活性α-Al2O3微粉(≤5μm)、鳞片石墨(≤0.154 mm)、铝粉(≤0.074 mm)和硅粉(≤0.044 mm)等为原料制成不烧铝碳滑板,并将部分滑板在温度240℃、真空度40 Pa、压力1.4 MPa条件下分别保压1、1.5、2和2.5 h进行浸渍中温沥青的处理,探讨了不烧滑板浸渍前后的性能变化。试验证明,浸渍沥青可以显著改善不烧铝碳质滑板的各种性能。浸渍后,不烧滑板的显气孔率可降至1%以下,体积密度和耐压强度增大;浸渍滑板的抗热震性明显优于未浸渍滑板;浸渍滑板的中低温强度和高温强度均高于未浸渍滑板。实际使用结果也说明浸渍滑板使用性能好于未浸渍滑板。不烧铝碳质滑板浸渍前后的性能改变主要是由于沥青通过浸渍进入滑板,改善了滑板内部结构,增强了碳结合。Unfired Al2O3-C slide plate was prepared with tabular corundum (3-1,≤1 and ≤0.044mm),activated α-Al2O3 micropowder (≤5μm),flake graphite (≤0.154mm),aluminum (≤0.074 mm) and Si powder (≤0.044mm), etc. as starting materials. Some of the specimens were impregnated at 240℃ under 1.4 MPa with the vacuum degree of 40 Pa for 1, 1.5,2 and 2.5 h, respectively. The property changes before and after pitch impregnation were investigated. The results showed that..the pitch impregnation improved many properties of the unfired Al2O3-C slide plate distinctly. After pitch impregnation,the apparent porosity dropped to 1% below while the bulk density and cold crushing strength increased. The pitchimpregnated slide plate had higher thermal shock resistance and higher strength at various temperatures than the non-impregnated one. The actual application results also showed that the impregnated plate had a better performance for that the inner structure was optimized and the carbon bond was strengthened by pitch impregnation.
