摘  要:应用溶剂浮选法于怀牛膝中甾酮的分离和富集,对溶剂浮选的条件(包括浮选溶剂的选择,浮选时溶液的酸度条件,通入氮气的流速及浮选过程所需时间等)作了研究和优化,所选定的优化条件如下:①选择正丁醇作为溶剂;②浮选时溶液酸度为pH5;③通氮的最佳速率为40mL.min-1;④浮选过程时间选定为80min。用紫外分光光度法在247nm波长处测定经浮选后正丁醇有机相吸光度,从而估量分离所得甾酮的量及浮选效率。经试验证明:与溶剂萃取法相比较,溶剂浮选法分离和富集怀牛膝中甾酮在效率及所需时间上具有明显的优越性。Phytosteron in achyranthes bidentata was separated and enriched by solvent floatation and the optimum conditions for which (including choice of solvent, pH of solution, flow-rate of nitrogen and time of floation) were studied systematically. The optimized conditions found were as follows: (1) n-butanol was chosen as floatation solvent; (2) suitable acidity of solution was found to be pH 53 (3) optimal flow-rate of nitrogen was 40 mL · min^-1 ; and(4) 80 min was taken as the time for the floatation. Efficiency of the solvent-floation was evaluated by measuring the absorbance of the butanol phase at 247 nm for estimation of floatation rate of phytosteron. As compared with the solvent extraction method, the solvent floatation method for separation and enrichment of phytosteron was proved to have higher efficiency and to take less time in the separation process.
