摘  要:探讨七项生物标志物联合分析对胰腺癌诊断的价值。采用CLIA、ELISA、凝固点检测法和生物化学分析法对125例胰腺癌患者、48例胰腺癌肝转移患者、40例胰腺良性肿瘤患者及60名正常人测定CA19-9、CA242、CEA、β2-MG、PALB、Fib和D-D水平,并分析其临床诊断价值。结果表明,CA19-9、CA242、CEA、β2-MG、PALB、Fib和D-D联合检测可使胰腺癌诊断的敏感性提高至96.0%。对不同的组织学分级,Fib差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),而CA19-9、CA242、CEA、β2-MG、PALB和D-D差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胰腺癌及胰腺癌肝转移患者CA19-9、CA242、CEA、β2-MG、Fib和D-D水平均升高,而PALB降低;联合检测可提高胰腺癌诊断的敏感性。To evaluate the clinical significance of combined analysis of seven biomarkers in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, the serum CA19-9, CA242, CEA, β2-MG, PALB, Fib and D-D levels were detected in 125 patients with pancreatic cancer, 48 patients with liver metastasis of pancreatic cancer, 40 patients with benign pancreatic tumor and 60 healthy controls by CLIA, ELISA, coagulation point detection method and biochemistry assay. The results showed that the combined measurement of CA19- 9, CA242, CEA, β2-MG, PALB, Fib and D-D could increase the diagnostic sensitivity of pancreatic carcinoma to 96.0%. There was no statistics significance in Fib levels with tissue grading number increasing(P 〉0.05), but the CA19-9, CA242, CEA, β2-MG, PALB and D-D levels had statistics significanee(P 〈0.05). The serum levels of CA19-9, CA242, CEA, 152-MG, Fib and D-D in patients with pancreatic cancer and liver metastasis of pancreatic cancer were increased, while the serum PALB level was decreased. The combined measurement of these biomarkers could increase the sensitivity in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma.
