摘　　要：研发作为国家和企业创新最关键和最重要的组成部分,推动着国家经济的发展和生产力的提高。作为中国通信制造业的组成部分,三资企业正发挥着越来越重要的工作。通过建立三资企业研发投入产出模型,分析研发产出的影响因素,在分析的基础上提出改善影响因素的合理化建议,为中国通信制造业整体的研发国际化提供理论建议和实践指导。R＆D is the most important component for the innovation of countries and enterprises, it drives the development of country＇s economy and advancement of fertility. As the component of china communication industry, Third-funded enterprises are playing more and mort important role. Through the Input-output model analysis for R＆D Internationalization of Third-funded enterprises, we can analyse the factors of R＆D outputs. Then ,we can find out some rational suggestions to improve these factors which affect the R＆D outputs. In the end, we can raise some theoretic suggestions and practical instructions for R＆D Internationalization of china communication industry.
