摘  要:对减振器油液沿程和局部节流损失进行了分析,建立了基于速度特性的减振器常通节流孔面积曲线拟合优化设计方法,利用该方法对活塞孔的影响进行了研究。对常通节流孔面积进行实例优化设计,分别对活塞孔直径和个数的影响及变化规律进行了分析,并对不同活塞孔减振器进行了特性试验。结果表明,基于速度特性的常通节流孔面积优化设计方法及活塞孔的影响分析具有实际指导价值。The optimized design method for throttle holes area curve fit was established based on velocity characteristic after analyzing the flowing course and local throttle pressure loss of shock absorber oil,and the influence on piston holes were studied with this method in the paper.A practical design example of throttle holes area was optimized,the influence and changing rule of piston holes diameter and quantities were analyzed,and the performance tests of shock absorber with different piston holes were carried out.The results show that the design methods of throttle holes area and the effect analysis of piston holes based on velocity characteristics are of practical guiding significance.
