摘　　要：针对创意中小物流企业融资难的问题,分析创意企业的价值特征和经营特点,提出了建设直接融资和间接融资市场体系的措施,这些措施为发展创意中小物流企业,解决融资问题具有一定的理论和实践意义。To solve the problems encountered by the small and medium-sized logistic enterprises in original financing, the paper analyses the value features and operation characteristics of the original enterprises, then suggests measures for buliding the direct and indirect financing market system. This will be theoretically and practically important to resolve the financing problems.
