摘　　要：本文在调查研究的基础上,分析了当前高校物流专业教师队伍建设中存在的突出问题,并尝试给出相应的解决方案。On the base of investigation, the thesis analyzes the main problems lie in the building of logistics teaching staff on higher education, and tries to propose some corresponding countermeasures.
