摘  要:在Kirchoff薄板理论的基础上,推导了行波型超声波电机定子的振型方程,并根据该振型利用Hamilton能量变分原理,建立行波型超声波电机整体的机电耦合动力学模型.为了分析电机输出特性,模型中考虑了定转子间摩擦界面上的相互作用力.在该模型基础上,以定子直径100mm行波型超声波电机为例,分析其输出性能,分析了在施加100-700N轴向预压力情况下,电机运行特性及输出特性.最后测试了实际电机,结果表明,所给出的动力学模型仿真结果与测试结果吻合.By applying the Kirchoff's plate theory,the vibration mode equation of traveling wave type ultrasonic motor stator has been deduced.The traveling wave type ultrasonic motor's electro-mechanical coupling model is also established with the Hamilton's principle and vibration mode equation.Interaction forces between the stator and rotor are presented in this model to analysis the motors output characteristic.According to the actual structure parameter of the traveling wave type ultrasonic motor with stator diameter of 100 mm,the operational characteristic is taken into account.The motor's operation performance and output characteristic are obtained under varied axial pre-pressure from 100 to 700 N.It makes it possible to predict most of the behavior and performance characteristics of motor as a function of the external loading parameters.The motor measurement is also executed.The simulation results agree with the test results,which show this simulation model is valid.
