摘 要:利用自行筛选获得的一株产γ-聚谷氨酸枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis ZJUTZY,制备了γ-聚谷氨酸(γ-PGA)样品.考察了其分子量分布和对Ca(OH)2的絮凝活性,结果显示,该菌所产γ-PGA的分子量分布范围为40~110kDa,其最佳絮凝条件为:γ-PGA添加浓度为0.08g/L,絮凝体系的pH为6.0,适宜温度为40℃.添加Mg^2+,Ca^2+,K^+能促进其絮凝活性,而添加Fe^3+,Co^2+,Mn^2+则对絮凝活性有抑制作用.Bacillus subtilis ZJUTZY产γ-PGA的最高絮凝率可达46.99%.In this study, molecular weight and flocculating activity of a bioflocculants poly-γ- glutamic acid(γ-PGA)obtained by a new isolate named Bacillus subtilis ZJUTZY were studied. The result showed that molecular weight of γ-PGA was in the range from 40 kDa to 110 kDa. The optimum flocculating conditions were as follows: γ-PGA additional concentration 0.08 g/L, system pH 6. 0, temperature 40 ℃. It was found that Mg^2+, Ca2^+, K^+ could improve the flocculating activity of γ-PGA. However, Fe^3+, Co^2+, Mn^2+ would inhibit the flocculating activity of γ-PGA. The maximal flocculating efficiency could, reach 46.99%.
