摘　　要：首先简介了翻胎内模的设计要领,然后介绍了翻新轮胎硫化内模设计的基本概念、方法和步骤,以及内模内轮廓和花纹最佳设计尺寸的选择。对硫化内模的各个部位的取值利弊和系数作了详细的分析和介绍。Introduced the key point of design about the retreading tire, and then introduced the basic design concepts, methods and steps for retreading mold design, as well as the selection of outline of the mold and the best design for the pattern sizes. And reasonedly analyzed and introduced the value of the pros and cons and factors for the cured mold.
