宁夏某县居民碘盐食用率低的原因调查及防制对策分析

摘  要:目的为摸清某县居民碘盐食用率低的具体原因,提出针对性防制策略和措施,提高居民碘盐食用率。方法采取现况调查和回顾性调查相结合的方法。结果整群随机抽样调查83个农村居民家庭,食用碘盐仅16户,在67户食用土盐的家庭中,不知道食用土盐危害性的有30户,占44.78%;感觉口感不好的有21户,占31.34%;感觉碘盐价格太贵的有16户,占23.88%。结论该县居民碘盐食用率低的主要原因是居民防治知识缺乏,自我保护意识差。因此,采取以健康教育为主,适当对困难居民给予碘盐价格补贴为辅的综合性防制措施是提高居民碘盐食用率的有效途径。Objective To find the causes and prevention strategy of lower edible iodized salt for resident in a county of Ningxia. Methods The combination of inventory survey and retrospective study were used in the study. Results There were 16 out of 83 house-hold eating iodized salt. And in 67 household edible Non - iodizedsalt family, 30 households did not know the harm of eating non - iodized salt has (44. 78% ) ; 21 households felt iodized salt was not delicious (31.34%) ; 16 households thought that the price of the iodized salt was too expensive (23.88%). Conclusion The main causes of lower edible iodized salt is that people lack of knowledge of preventing and controlling diseases, therefore healthy education about iodized salt is necessary for resident.
