摘　　要：高等职业教育,是以高技能、实用型人才作为培养目标和要求的。为适应外向型经济发展的需要,更好地服务于广东区域经济和农垦行业经济,彰显学院办学特色,国际商务专业人才培养模式必须进行创新。应从理论教学、技能培训、顶岗实习三个环节入手,突出学生思想政治素养、人文素养、身心素养和职业素养四种素养的养成和通用能力、基础能力、岗位能力、拓展能力、综合职业能力五项能力的培养。The goal of higher vocational education is to cultivate high-skilled and practical talents. In order to adapt to Guangdong outward-looking economy and agricultural reclamation economy and to show the college＇s features, the cultivating pattern for international business professionals must be innovated. This paper focuses on theories teaching, skills training and field work practice. It also emphasizes the cultivation of the students＇ four qualities： political and moral quality, humane and artistic quality, physical quality, professional quality; as well as five capabilities： general capability, basic capability, post capability, exploited capability and comprehensive professional capability.
