摘　　要：中共桂林市委党校加大教学改革力度,突出以学员需求为中心,促进以教师向学员、以接受性向研究性为中心的教学转变,以及培训与专题、市情与教学、共性与个性相结合,带动了教学内容与形式的"四个创新"。The Party School of C. P. C Guilin Municipal Committee carried on teaching innovation and achieved ＂ four innovations＂ in teaching contents and styles. It focused on the need of the trainees, promoted teaching style to transfer from lecturing to researching. It achieved a combination of training and subject, city development and teaching, generality and individuality.
