孕期补镁与妊娠期高血压疾病发生的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨孕期补镁是否降低妊娠期高血压疾病的发生;方法:分别给不同实验组SD孕鼠低镁含量鼠粮、正常鼠粮高镁灌胃喂养,通过观察孕鼠血压变化、血浆中的内皮素浓度的测定、胎盘电镜观察、子鼠数目和发育等指标进行对照分析;结果:补镁组未见妊娠期高血压疾病的发生,而低镁组妊娠高血压疾病发病率与模型组相同,两组无差异。低镁组血浆内皮素较对照组有显著增高;低镁组的受孕率和子鼠数量明显下降,与其它组有显著差异。结论:孕期补镁可降低妊娠期高血压疾病的发生,补镁也可降低畸胎的发生。Objective：To explore whether the Pregnancy magnesium supplement will reduce the disease in Hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods： Experiment the low magnesium, the high the magnesium food of SD pregnant rat for the dissimilarity respectively, by observing blood pressure variety, pregnancy rat blood plasma of endothelin-1 such as measurement, the placenta electricity mirror observation, the son rat number and growth etc. The plain the density of carries on checking the against the analysis. Results： The group of magnesium supplementalion did not show hypertension disorders to occur in pregnancy, but it showed no difference between the lowmagnesium group and the model group, the two groups have no difference. The endothelin -1 of the low magnesium in creased higher obviously than categorized group;the conception rate of low magnesium and the son rat quantities decreased obviously;It showed remarkable differences to other groups. Conclusion：Pregnancy magnesium supplement can reduce the disease in Hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy and the teratogeny.
