摘　　要：以人为本是思想政治工作的价值诉求。它不仅是马克思主义青年观和科学发展观的要求,也是实现高等教育培养目标的基本原则。坚持以人为本的价值理念,传承和创新思想政治工作方法,旨在增强思想政治工作的感召性、实效性,促进大学生的全面发展。People-oriented principle is the value demand of ideological and political work. It is not only the requirement of scientific development concept and Marxism youth concept, but also the basic principle to realize the cultivation goal of higher education. Persisting in people-oriented principle, inheriting and innovating ideological and political work methods are aiming at enhancing the impelling and effectiveness of ideological and political work and promoting the all-round development of college students.
