摘　　要：随着社会的不断进步以及经济全球化不断推进,我国高校学生事务管理的职能、内容和形式均发生巨大变化,极大地影响着高校教育的发展和变革。针对这些变化,如何重新定位与认识高校学生事务管理,以满足大学生成长与成才的需要,已经成为高等学校教育发展必须思考的一个重要课题。Along with the progress of society as well as the economical globalization, the function, the content, and the form of our country＇s college student affairs have had a huge change, and are enormously affecting the development and the reformation of the university education. In view of these changes, how to locate and understand col- lege student affairs in order to satisfy the university students＇s need for growing and maturing,has already become an important topic which the college education must concern for development.
