摘　　要：目的用免疫组化法对209例胃癌及贲门癌组织进行C-erbB-2表达的研究。结果209例胃癌及贲门癌组织中C-erbB-2表达阳性率为6.73%(14/209),其表达与年龄、病变部位、病理类型、分化程度等密切相关(P<0.05).而与性别、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移阳性、有无远处转移、临床分期等均无明显关系。结论C-erbB-2的表达与胃癌及贲门癌的生物学行为有一定的相关性。Objective To study the expression of C-erbB-2 in 209 cases of gastric and cardiac cancer by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression of C-erbB-2 was detected in 14 of 209 gastric and cardiac cancer samples （6.73%） and related to age, site of tumor, pathology type and degree of differentiation （P 〈 0.05）. No correlation existed between the expression in neo- plastic tissues with sex, the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and clinical stage. Conclusion The expression of C-erbB-2 has a closely relationship with biological behavior of human gastric and cardiac cancer.
