胎盘生长因子PLGF在胃癌中的表达及其意义的初步研究

摘　　要：目的通过检测胎盘生长因子PLGF在胃癌组织中的表达水平,初步研究其在胃癌发生发展中的意义。方法应用Western-Blot方法,以GAPDH为内参,分别检测胃癌组织及远癌正常胃组织中PLGF的相对表达水平。结果26例胃癌组织中PLGF的相对表达量为3.484±1.282,与其对应的26例远癌正常胃组织中的PLGF的相对表达量为1.207±0.435,差异有统计学意义(t=8.874,P<0.01)。结论胎盘生长因子PLGF在胃癌组织中的表达显著增高,提示PLGF可能与胃癌的发生、发展有关。Objective To investigate the significance of PLGF expression levels in human stomach cancer. Methods Using Western-Blot to detect PLGF levels in human stomach cancer tissues and normal stomach tissues. GAPDH was used as a control in this detection. Results The expression levels in 26 stomach cancer tissues were 3. 484 ± 1. 282, which is significantly higher than that in the 26 normal stomach tissues 1. 207 ± 0. 435 （t = 8. 874, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The resuits suggested that PLGF maybe contribute to the occurrence and progress of human stomach cancer.
