高校教师教育技术培训的实践与探索

摘　　要：随着教育改革的不断深化和信息化环境的升级及广泛应用,高校对教师教育技术培训越来越重视,华南师范大学作为第一批全国高等学校教育技术协作委员会教育技术培训中心之一,近三年来,对华南师范大学教师和广东省其它高校的教师进行了十多期培训,积累了一定的实践经验。本文通过广泛的调研和统计分析,对培训内容、培训方式及评价方式作了全面的总结,对高校教师教育技术培训的进一步深化发展作了有益的探索。There has been an increased attention to college teachers' educational technology training with the continuous deepening of educational reform as well as the upgrading and extensive application of informational environment.South China Normal University,one of the first national technical collaborative units of the Higher Education Committee of the Educational Technology Training Center,has trained teachers within Guangdong Province for more than three years,and has gathered certain experiences.This paper summarizes the training contents,pattern and evaluation methods based on statistics gathered from a wide investigation,in order to further the research of the educational technology training for college teachers.
