摘　　要：业主自治作为当前日益重要的社区建设基本模式之一,是我国社会发展的需要,其法理基础是建立在私有财产权基础上的西方社会契约论。尽管业主自治还有许多需要改进之处,但其良性运转,必将对我国的政治文明建设、维护业主权益、构建和谐社会做出重要贡献。As an increasingly important basic mode of community -building, owners＇autonomy is the need of China＇s social development . Its legal basis is the western social contract theory which built on the basis of private property. Although many self- improvements are needed, the good operation of the owners＇autonomy wiU make an important contribution to China＇s political civilization construction, maintenance of the rights of property owners, and building a harmonious society.
