摘　　要：本文针对管理信息系统的应用实例，详细介绍了采用FoxPro2．6forWin．dows中的屏幕生成器进行设计与应用，结合人事管理系统给出的人事资料屏幕，叙述了笔者的开发经验和体会。In accordance with MIS(Management Information System) of personal administration and human affairs,the design and application of the screen generator in FoxPro 2. 6 for Window is introduced in detail. United the screen of personal system,the experance and realization are discussed.
