摘　　要：环境管理日益成为热点,然而对其缺乏整合性研究。探讨了企业环境管理的涵义,分析了影响企业环境管理的因素,研究了企业环境管理与企业绩效之间的关系,进而推导出企业环境管理的整合模型。Environmental management becomes a hotspot gradually, however, there is a shortage of the integrative research. In the paper, the meaning of environmental management for enterprise was discussed, the factors to influence and how the green management impact on organizational performance weve.analysised Basing on these,an integrative framework of environmental management for enterprise was developed.
