摘  要:岗位设置管理是事业单位人事制度改革的一项重要内容,目前已经在全国的部分地区试行。文章主要从职工惯性思维、人员比例失调、缺乏配套政策、人事管理制度以及领导意愿等角度,分析了岗位设置管理中存在的新问题,提出了加大宣传、深入调查、科学设岗和强化监督等解决问题的对策。Management of post setting is an important content of personnel system reform of public institution, now it was tried out at some regions of our country. The article analyzes New problems of trying out Management of post setting in the agriculture scientific research academy were analyzed, i.e., employee inertial thinking, maladjusted personnel proportion, lack of relevant policies, personnel management system and leader desirability, etc. Some countermeasures were pointed out, which include increase publicizing, thorough investigation, scientific posts setting and strengthen supervision, and so on.
