Primary Study on the Effects of Different Flower Organs of Feijoa on the Callus Induction

摘  要:探讨费约果(Feijoa sallowiana Berg.)的有效快繁,用费约果的不同花器官为外植体,利用正交试验设计分析比较了2,4-D、NAA、KT 3种激素浓度及其组合对费约果4种外植体的愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:4种外植体均能形成愈伤组织,但愈伤组织发生率的表现存在差异。子房、花瓣、花萼、雄蕊愈伤组织诱导最优培养基分别:MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+KT 0.5mg/L;MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg+KT 1.0 mg/L;MS+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+KT 1.0mg/L;MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L。In order to study quick propagation of Feijoa, the explants were obtained from different flower organs of Feijoa. The effects of 2,4-D, NAA and KT in different Concentrations and different combinations on callus induction of Feijoa were investigated by using orthogonal design L9 (3^3 ). The data were subjected to variance analysis and multiple comparison. The results indicated that the calluses were induced from the four explants,but the rate of callus induction was different. The optimum media of callus induction were MS+KT 0. 5 mg/L+2,4-D 1. 0 mg/L; MS+KT 1. 0 mg/L+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0. 1 rng/L;MS+KT 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D1.0mg/L;MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0. 1 mg/L in ovary, petal, calyx, stamen.
