摘　　要：人的全面发展表现为人的能力、人的社会关系、人的自由个性的全面发展。实现人的全面发展是科学发展观的价值指向。只有坚持以人为本,坚持全面、协调、可持续的发展观,才能推动人的全面发展。Overall human development is embodied by overall development of human ability, human social relation and human free - individualization. Realization of overall human development is the oriented value of scientific development outlook. Only sticking to human -based principle and sticking to overall, coordinated and sustainable development outlook, can overall human development be propelled.
