摘　　要：叙述了明清时期番薯、玉米、花生、烟草在广东的引进和传播情况。并初步论述了这些作物对广东作物栽培制度、肥料应用、药物防虫技术的影响。This paper describes the introduction and spread of Major Crops, including sweet potato, maize, peanuts and tobacco from the American Continent to Guangdong province in the Ming and the Qing Dynasties. Those crops have a significant impact on Guangdong crops＇ cultivation system, fertilizer application, pest control technology of drug.
