摘  要:目的为开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用SCL-90和EPQ问卷对山西省两所重点高中456名学生进行了测查。结果重点高中学生的心理健康问题表现在强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、饮食和睡眠等方面,存在年级、性别、城乡差异;不同人格特征学生心理健康状况不同,内向不稳定型人格的学生是易出现心理问题,并且人格特征对心理状况具有显著的预测力。结论重点高中学生心理健康状况不容乐观,人格特征可以预测其心理健康水平。Objective To understand the psychological state of students in key high middle schools and explore its relationship with personalities, so as to offer evidences to perform the psychological education better. Methods A total of 456 students in two key middle schools in Shanxi Province were investigated with SCL-90 and EPQ questionnaires. Results The major problems shown by the students were imposition, interpersonal sensitivity, inhibition, anxiety, hostility, stubbomness and problems in meal and sleeping, and there were differences in grades, gender, and locations. Different personalities exhibited different psychological states. Introverted and unstable students were likely to suffer from mental problems. Personality had remarkable degree of predictability to psychological states. Conclusions The psychological states of students in key high middle schools are not optimistic, and personality may predict the healthy level of psychological states.
