摘 要:潜艇在水下以较高速度航行时,如发生尾操纵面卡住事故,将严重影响到潜艇的航行安全.事故发生后,必须立即采取有效的挽回操纵措施对潜艇进行操纵控制.从潜艇水动力特性的角度出发,对潜艇尾操纵面卡住时多种可能挽回操纵措施的效果进行了分析和仿真计算,通过分析比较,提出了在不同舵卡事故工况下有效的挽回操纵措施.分析、研究了用于指导潜艇水下安全操纵的潜艇水下操纵安全界限图的组成、绘制方法及使用方法.根据实际操艇经验及理论研究成果,对预防潜艇尾舵卡事故的发生、减轻尾舵卡事故的危害提出了安全操艇建议.When a submarine is navigating under water with rather high velocity, the navigational safety will be in potential danger if the tail control planes are blocked. After this phenomenon occurs, it is necessary for operators to adopt effective recovery maneuvers to regain control of the submarine immediately. Simulations were carried out for the effects of different maneuvers available when a submarine 's tail control surfaces were blocked according to the hydrodynamic characteristics of a submarine. The outcomes were reported in this paper. By comparing and analy- zing the simulation results, the most effective maneuvers in different rudder-blockage cases were pointed out, and a typical maneuvering limitation diagram (MLD) was obtained for rudder-blockage maneuver safety. On the basis of practical navigation experience and current achievements in research, safety control advice was put forward in order to help prevent tail rudder-blockage and reduce its dangers.
