摘 要:只运用一种统一的教学模式不利于因人而异,因材施教,对学生英语综合应用能力培养效果不够理想,不能满足多层次的学习者个体需求和多元的社会需求。本文提出3M高职高专英语教学模式,并在07新生中进行了为期一年的试行,实践表明,3M高职高专英语教学模式遵循分类指导、因材施教、循序渐进的原则,为教师的教与学生的学创设了个性化与自主化学习环境,在激发学生学习兴趣、提高教学效果和教学质量方面取得了初效。The use of a unity teaching mode is not conducive to different students. In addition, it hinders students" acquiring English capacity of integrated apphcations, and fails to meet the multi-level learners" individual needs and diverse needs of the society. This paper presents 3M college English teaching mode, which has been applies among the students of the year 2007 for one year. The result shows that, 3M college English teaching model has been working well. In its early stage it has made an achievement in providing a personalized and self-learning environment both for teachers and students, stimulating students interest in learning, and improving the quality of teaching.
