摘　　要：目的:通过对已完成正畸治疗的牙周病病例分析,探讨牙周病正畸治疗的疗效。方法:选择11例临床已完成正畸治疗的病例,对其牙周组织健康状况和正畸治疗后咬合关系及面貌改观进行回顾分析。结果:上下牙列排列整齐,前牙间隙关闭,恢复了正常的覆牙合、覆盖,面貌得到了明显改善。结论:正畸治疗能消除咬合创伤,维护牙周组织健康和稳定。Objective：Through the completion of orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease cases,orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease in effect.Methods：Choice of 11 cases have been completed orthodontic treatment of cases,their periodontal health status and orthodontic teatment after the bite relations and improved outlook for retrospective analysis.Results：Dentition neatly arranged from top to bottom,front teeth to close gaps and restore the normal review of dental coverage,the outlook has improved significantly.Conclusion：Orthodontic treatment can eliminate bite wounds,maintaining periodontal health and stability.
