摘  要:目的:测定中草药蒲公英、鱼腥草、金银花中微量元素铁的含量。方法:采用分光光度法,用盐酸羟胺为还原剂将三价铁还原为二价铁,邻二氮菲为显色剂,510nm为检测波长,测定三种清热解毒常用的中药金银花、鱼腥草、蒲公英中微量元素铁的含量。结果:三种中草药蒲公英、鱼腥草、金银花中铁含量:蒲公英>鱼腥草>金银花。结论:该方法具有操作简便、测定快速、灵敏度高、稳定性好等显著优点,适用于中草药中铁含量的测定,为今后临床用药提供理论依据。Objective:To determine the contents of iron in Chinese herbal Medicine:Taraxacum mongolicum, Houttuynia, Honeysuckle. Methods: Spectrophotometry was used to determine content of iron in Chinese Herbal Medicine, the Fe^3+ was deoxidized to Fe^2+ by hydroxylamine hydrochloride, adding 1,10 -phenanthrolane as colour agent, 510 nm as detection wavelength. Results:The analytical results showed that the content of Iron:Taraxacum mongolicum 〉 Houttuynia 〉 honeysuckle. Conclusion:The method had the advantage of simplicity, quickness, sensitivity and stability, effectiveness in determination of iron in Chinese Herbal Medicine. It provides reliable data for the Clinical medicine.
