摘 要:目的:探讨促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)Ⅰ,GnRHⅡ及其受体在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义.方法:采用免疫组化SP法,检测39例卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中GnRHⅠ,GnRHⅡ及其受体的表达并与22例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤作对照.分析GnRHⅠ,GnRHⅡ及其受体表达与卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤分化的关系.结果:①卵巢良性和恶性上皮性肿瘤中GnRHⅠ表达阳性率分别为54.5%,79.5%,恶性肿瘤中GnRHⅠ表达阳性率高于良性肿瘤.两者有明显差异.②卵巢良性和恶性上皮性肿瘤中GnRHⅡ蛋白表达阳性率分别为95.5%,100%,两者无明显差异.③卵巢良性和恶性上皮性肿瘤中GnRH受体表达阳性率分别为81.8%,53.8%,恶性肿瘤中GnRH受体表达阳性率低于良性肿瘤.④GnRHⅠ,GnRH受体表达率与恶性上皮性肿瘤组织学分级有关.其分级越高,GnRHⅠ,GnRH受体表达率亦越高.结论:GnRH自分泌调节系统与恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤的发生有关.并且Gn-RHⅠ及其受体表达与组织学分级有关.AIM: To study the expressions of GnRHⅠ,GnRHⅡ and GnRH receptor in ovarian epithelial malignant tumors and their clinical significance. METHODS: The expressions of GnRHⅠ,GnRHⅡ and GnRH receptor were assessed by immunohistochemistry (SP) in 39 cases of ovarian epithelial cancer samples, and were compared with the expressions in 22 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumor to analyze the relations of their expression rates to histological grade. RESULTS: (1) The expression rates of GnRH I in benign and malignant tumors were 54.5% and 79.5% respectively. The rate was higher in malignant tumors than in benign tumors. (2) The expression rates of GnRHⅡ in benign and malignant tumors were 95.5% and 100% respectively. There was no significant difference between the 2 groups. (3) The expression rates of GnRH receptor in benign and malignant tumors were 81.8% and 53.8% respectively. The rate was lower in malignant tumors than in benign tumors. (4) The expression rates of GnRH I and GnRH receptor were increased with the rise of histological grade. CONCLUSION: The changes of GnRHⅠ,GnRHⅡ and GnRH receptor expressions in ovarian epithelial malignant tumors further support the role of GnRH autocriMe regulatory system involved in the development of ovarian epithelial malignant tumors, and the expressions of GnRHⅠ and GnRH receptor are ralated to histological grade.
