胃石及其并发幽门螺杆菌感染相关性胃病的临床诊治分析

摘　　要：对12例胃石在胃镜下用活检钳反复进行钳夹,对合并幽门螺杆菌感染相关性胃病的患者进行抗幽门螺杆菌、抑酸和保护胃黏膜治疗。最后,胃石被夹碎后排出胃腔,幽门螺杆菌被清除,胃溃疡和胃炎得到治愈。Twelve cases gastric bezoars were shattered again and again by biopsy forceps under gastroscope. Anti-Helicobacter pylori, inhibited gastric acid, protection of gastric mucosa were treated for the patients of complicated with Helicobacter pylori correlative gastric disease. Eventually, gastric bezoars were removed through shattcrring, Helicobacter pylori were eliminated, and gastric ulcer and gastritis were cured.
