摘 要:目的:了解海洛因依赖者的脑功能特征。方法:用脑电超慢涨落分析仪记录50例海洛因依赖者和21名正常人的脑功能图谱,并进行比较分析。结果:海洛因依赖组的γ-氨基丁酸和谷氨酸分别为(11.7±1.1)mHz和(11.5±1.9)mHz,明显高于对照组(7.6±2.4)mHz和(5.6±3.0)mHz(P<0.01);多巴胺为(3.3±3.7)mHz,明显低于对照组的(7.0±4.0)mHz,两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:从脑电生理结果观察,海洛因依赖者的大脑功能有明显损害。Objective: To explore the brain function characteristics of acetomorphine addicted people. Method:To compare and analyze brain function atlas of fifty persons who depend on acetomorphine and twentyone health adults with brain electricity super slow fluctuation of prices analysator. Results: Gamma-aminobuty ricd acid in acetomorphine addictors was ( 11.7 ± 1.1 ), glutamic acid ( 11.5 ± 1.9 ), which were significantly higher than those in normal controls; dopamine ( 3.3 ± 3.7 ), which is significantly lower than that in normal controls ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: In terms of brain electrophysiology, acetomorphine dependence is harmful to brain.
