齐拉西酮治疗儿童精神分裂症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨齐拉西酮治疗儿童期首发精神分裂症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:对40例儿童首发精神分裂症患者应用齐拉西酮治疗,观察8周。于治疗前及治疗2、4、6、8周采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗8周,总有效率为80.0%,不良反应轻微。结论:齐拉西酮治疗儿童期首发精神分裂症起效快,疗效显著,不良反应轻,依从性好。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of ziprasidone in the treatment of child- hood patients with first-episode schizophrenia . Method ：40 childhood patients with first-episode schizophrenia were treated with ziprasidone for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacies were assessed with the positive and negative syndrome scale（PANSS） and adverse effects with treatment emergent symptoms scale（TESS） before and after 2,4,6 and 8 weeks of treatment . Results： At the end of 8th week, total effective rate was 80.0% ; side effect were light. Conclusion： Ziprasidone takes effects fast and has significant efficacy, mild side effects, higher safety and better compliance.
