农村现代远程教育长效运营机制研究

摘　　要：农村现代远程教育具有成本低、见效快、辐射广,不受时空限制,最大限度实现教育资源共享等多种优势,是解决我国农民教育培训工作的有效途径。分析了我国农村现代远程教育的发展现状及存在问题,并从建立我国农村远程教育长效运营机制的基本点出发,根据我国实际情况有针对性地从组织落实、人才队伍建设、站点管理、运行保障、资源整合开发、市场运营、绩效评估及外部监控等机制方面提出了可操作性的对策建议。Rural modem distance education with low-cost, effective, wide radiation, free from the constraints of time and space, to maximize the realization of sharing educational resources and other advantages, is an effective way to solve the problem of China＇s farmers＇ education and training. This papers analysis development situation and existing problems of China＇s rural modem distance education, and based on the point of establishment of long-term operating mechanism, according to the actual situation in China, proposed the feasibile countermeasures including the organization and talents construction, site management, operation security, resources development, market operations, performance evaluation and external monitoring mechanism, and other aspects.
