摘  要:目的针对机场地面作业调度的实际问题,如何提高飞机场服务设备的使用效率,使设备总流经时间最少,同时尽量提前每项设备作业的开始时间,保证飞机按时进港离港,为此建立多目标非线性规划模型.方法通过将飞机场地面设备的服务流程和飞机的机位转换数据进行数学模型的抽象和简化,提出调度方案,使用优化模型的妥协约束方法和遗传算法,应用到调度优化方案中并利用遗传工具箱计算实际数据.结果验证了提出的调度方案是一组较优的方法,检验了构造的最优调度模型的可靠性和实用性.结论可以在机场调度中实际使用此模型,按照设备调度方案提高机场服务设备资源服务的效率,机场飞机停泊位的利用率以及机场飞机的调度安全.Objective In view of the actual problem of airport ground services scheduling, how to improve the efficiency of the airport services device, get least total device working time, at the same time as far as possible to advance the starting time of each device, ensure aircraft in a timely manner to enter and leave the airport, for this goal to establish a multi-objective nonlinear programming model. Methods By abstracting and simplifying the mathematical model of airport ground device service processes and the air- port gate transform data, a schedule is proposed to use the optimization model compromise restraint method and the genetic algorithm, and apply it to the scheduling optimization plan and calculate the actual data by using of the genetic toolbox. Results It is verified that the scheduling is a group of superior scheduling plan, and proved reliability and relevance of the building of optimal scheduling model. Conclusion This modal may actually be used in the airport ground services scheduling, in accordance with the device scheduling options to improve airport services device resource service efficiency, airport gate parking utilization and the airport scheduling safety.
