摘 要:分别利用Pro/Engineer和Ansys软件对立柱进三维实体建模与模态分析,通过结构分析和优化设计,得到了立柱的模态分析结果。选择立柱相对位移量及其低阶固有频率为研究对象,并设计对比了两种筋连板优化布局方法,确定了使用米字型筋连板立柱结构。提高了立柱的低阶固有频率,避免了高速加工时共振的产生降低加工精度的现象,取得了提高加工精度,立柱的强度和刚度的效果。为结构的合理设计与改造提供了可靠的理论依据。Pro/Engineer and Ansys are selected as the design and analysis system. The 3D solid model and the finite element model are built. Using Ansys software, the low order vibration modes are calculated. Two methods of optimal design are compared. The low-order inherent vibration frequencies and relative displacement of the column are selected for analyzing. The column structure which includes appropriate strengthening bars is selected. The loworder inherent vibration frequencies are increased and the phenomenon of sympathetic vibration is avoided. Remarkable effect of increasing its machining precision and improving its strength and rigidity is achieved. The result has been proved in machining and can be used in structural optimization design of the column.
