摘　　要：目的:观察舌鳞癌Tca-8113细胞系的单细胞体外增殖能力,寻找肿瘤干细胞存在的依据,从而为鉴定其表面标记物奠定理论基础。方法:采用有限稀释法对舌鳞癌Tca-8113细胞进行单细胞体外培养,了解舌鳞癌细胞(Tca-8113)的分裂、增殖特点。结果:单细胞培养8d后,舌鳞癌Tca-8113细胞株中具有持续增殖能力的细胞占肿瘤细胞的10.85%,12d后,继续分裂增殖的细胞比例为5.23%,16d后,仅有5.09%的细胞继续增殖。结论:舌鳞癌Tca-8113细胞具有异质性,仅有少量细胞具有持续增殖能力,而这部分细胞是否就是舌鳞癌Tca-8113细胞的肿瘤干细胞。还有待进一步的实验研究证实。Objective： To examine the proliferation ability of human tongue squamous carcinoma Tca-8113 cell line in order to find the tumor stem cells and to establish the rationale for identification of tumor stem cells surface markers. Methods： in vitro individual cell culture was employed to observe the proliferating character of Tca-8113 ceils. Results： After eight days, in vitro cultured individual cells revealed that about 10.85% of Tea-8113 cell line underwent mitosis, proliferation and cell cloning; after 12 days, whereas 5.23% of cultured Tca-8113 cells continued go on; when after sixteen days, there was also 5.09% of cells still went on. Conclusions： Tongue squamous carcinoma Tca8113 cells have the characteristics of tumoroheterogenesis, and only a minority of tumor cells which may be tumor stem cells exhibited the capability of sustained growth. The future studies should address the tumor stem cells surface markers.
