藓化饮对口腔黏膜癌前病变的逆转作用

摘　　要：目的探讨检测口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)癌变高危相的指标及藓化饮对OLP癌前病变的逆转作用。方法对36例OLP患者、32例正常人和30例癌症病人进行口腔黏膜脱落细胞微核率、唾液中α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)含量、外周血免疫功能和端粒酶标记率检测;并对OLP患者采用藓化饮治疗,观察治疗前后的效果。结果OLP患者组脱落细胞微核率、唾液α-HBDH含量、外周血端粒酶标记率均高于正常对照组,而与癌症对照组无明显差异。OLP患者组经用藓化饮治疗后三项指标均明显降低,患者免疫功能状态明显改善。结论脱落细胞微核率、唾液α-HBDH含量、外周血端粒酶标记率在反映OLP患者病情变化和OLP高危相方面可能有意义,藓化饮对OLP癌前病变具有逆转作用。Objective To detect indicatrix high risk of canceration of OLP and the reversal action of precancerous lesion of OLP with XianHuaYin. Methods Micronucleus rate of oral mucosal exfoliated cells , α-HBDH content in saliva, and labelled rate of telomere enzyme in peripheral blood were detected in 36 OLP patients of treatmenting before and after with XianHuaYin, 32 normal people and 30 cancer patients. Results Micronucleus rate of oral mucosal exfoliated cells, α-HBDH content in saliva, and labelled rate of telomere enzyme in peripheral blood in OLP patients were higher than those of normal control group. There were obviously no difference to compare cancer patients. These indicatrixs of 36 OLP obviously declined after treatment. Immune function of patients obviously is improved. Conclusion Micronu-cleus rate of oral mucosal exfoliated cells, α-HBDH content in saliva, immune functional status and la belled rate of telomere enzyme in peripheral blood may reflect their changes of OLP and may be of significance on monitoring the high risk phase of OLP. XianHuaYin could reverse the lesion precancerous of OLP.
