摘　　要：通过分析实践教学存在的问题,制定构建原则,改革实践教学模式和教学方法,整合实践教学内容,建立临床医学专业实践教学体系。同时,构建临床医学实践教学体系质量管理与监控体系,提高教师教学积极性、创造性和教学能力,学生的综合素质显著提高。对临床医学专业实践教学体系的建设及培养学生的创新意识和实践能力具有重要意义。This article introduced to build a practical teaching system that trained students＇ innovation and practical ability in clinical medicine. Through analysis of the problems of teaching practice, making construction principle, reforming practice educational model and teaching method, and integrating practice course content, the practice teaching system of clinical medicine were established. And the quality control and monitoring system of practice teaching system in clinical medicine was constructed at the same time. The establishment of practice teaching system in clinical medicine improved the teachers＇ teaching enthusiasm, creativity and teaching ability, and the comprehensive quality of students was improved significantly. The establishment and practice of practice teaching system in clinical medicine has the vital significance to raise students＇ innovative ideology and practical ability.
