摘　　要：当好实验室主任不仅要有进取心、创新意识、业务水平,还要有良好的沟通能力,包括与领导沟通、与同事沟通、与教授沟通、与企业沟通、与学生沟通。Besides the good initiative, innovation awareness and business capacity, outstanding communication skills are important for a good lab director. In this paper, the skills in communicating with leaders, colleagues, professors, corporations and students were discussed particularly.
