摘　　要：本文以南京“晨光1865科技·创意产业园”规划为例,研究了旧晨光长工业建筑的风貌特征及其历史价值,论述了其作为工业遗产的重要性,并分别从建筑本体和建筑功能两个层面入手,探讨了几点更新策略,灵活富有针对性,适用于厂区不同时期旧工业建筑的保护与重新利用。This thesis takes ＂Chenguang 1865 Science-Technology and Creativity Industrial Park＂ for example, studies on the Style features and historic value of the old industrial buildings, proposed from both the architectural and the functional angles, which were flexible and pertinent to the protection and reuse of the old industrial buildings buirt at different times.
