摘 要:目的观察大鼠视网膜急性损伤后谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性的变化。方法应用前房灌注加压法制作大鼠视网膜急性损伤模型,分别于损伤后4h,12h,24h,36h,72h时间点取左眼球进行GS活性测定。结果4h时GS活性下降了39%(P<0.01),12h开始回升,但仍呈下降了25%的水平(P<0.01),24h升至与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),36h较对照组升高了19.9%(P<0.01),72h恢复正常水平。结论大鼠视网膜急性损伤后GS酶活性呈现了先降低后升高的过程。Objective To observe the change of glutamine synthetase activity in rat retina following acute injury.Methods Acute injury in rat retina was induced by increasing anterior chamber pressure to 110mmHg for 60min in the left eyes of 30 Wistar rats.Glutamine synthetase activity,besides the control group,was detected at 4,12,24,36 and 72 hours after removal of pinhead.Results In comparison with control group,GS activity decreased by 39% after 4 hours(P〈0.01),by 25% after 12 hours(P〈0.01),increased by 19.9% after 36 hours(P〈0.01)and reverted to control group level after 72 hours(P〉0.05).Conclusion Glutamine synthetase activity in rat retina following acute injury decreases at the beginning and increases afterwards.
