摘　　要：大学和谐校园文化以培育个性发展的高级专门人才为价值追求,融知识性、美育性于一体,具有导向和辐射、扬弃和创造、约束与熏陶、协调与整合等功能。建设和谐的大学校园文化有着重要的意义。以先进文化为方向引领大学和谐校园文化建设,以师生员工为主体,全员参与和谐校园文化建设是创建和谐校园文化的有效途径。Harmounious university culture, which takes developing creative specialized talents with unique individuality as its value pursuit, combines knowledge with aesthetic beauty and boasts functions of direction and radiation, forsaking and creation, constraints and fostering. It is of importance to build harmounious university culture. It is an effective way to build harmounious university culture to take advanced culture as direction, to take teachers and students as main participants in building harmounious university culture.
