摘 要:目的探讨丹红注射液对大鼠急性脑梗死后自由基损伤的脑保护作用。方法制备脑缺血模型。假手术组、手术组(注射生理盐水),手术+丹红组(注射丹红注射液),连续5d后测定脑组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量,同时观察海马CA1区病理组织学改变。结果手术+丹红组大鼠脑组织的SOD和GSH-Px活力较手术组增高,MDA含量降低,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术+丹红组脑组织病理改变较手术组轻。结论丹红注射液可增强缺血脑组织SOD和GSH-Px活力,降低MDA含量,清除氧自由基,达到保护脑细胞的作用。Objective To investigate the brain-protective mechanism of Danhong injection in rats with cerebral ischemia. Method Rat model of cerebral ischemia were established. Sham-operation group and operation group were administered normal saline; operation plus Danhong group was administered Danhong injection. The superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities and the malondiadehyde (MDA) content in the cerebral tissue were detected till 5 days. Meanwhile the neurons of the hippocampal CA1 was observed. Result The SOD and GSH-Px activities in the operation plus Danhong group were increased, while the MDA content was decreased significantly compared with the operation group (P〈0.05). The results indicated that the pathological changes of the operation plus Danhong group were less severe than the operation group. Conclusion The results suggest that the administration of Danhong injection on cerebral ischemia could increase the SOD and GSH-Px activities, and decrease the MDA content, then protecting nerve cell from oxidizing injury.
