摘 要:驱动桥主减总成装配质量直接影响汽车性能,而其中主减调整垫片选择是否合适则是控制装配质量的关键。通过对驱动桥结构及装配工艺的分析,提出了一种基于相对测量原理的主减垫片预选新方法,根据该方法研制了相应的垫片预选测量机,并分析了影响测量精度的因素,提出了应对措施。该设备具有较好的柔性,适应多品种垫片预选测量需求,大大提高了产品的装配质量。The assembly of the main reducer of the driver axis To choose a suitable adjusting gasket for the main reducer is the ents a new method of choosing the adjusting gasket for the main affects the performance of the truck directly. key to the assembly quality.
