汽车驱动桥主减垫片测量方法研究及应用

摘　　要：驱动桥主减总成装配质量直接影响汽车性能,而其中主减调整垫片选择是否合适则是控制装配质量的关键。通过对驱动桥结构及装配工艺的分析,提出了一种基于相对测量原理的主减垫片预选新方法,根据该方法研制了相应的垫片预选测量机,并分析了影响测量精度的因素,提出了应对措施。该设备具有较好的柔性,适应多品种垫片预选测量需求,大大提高了产品的装配质量。The assembly of the main reducer of the driver axis To choose a suitable adjusting gasket for the main reducer is the ents a new method of choosing the adjusting gasket for the main affects the performance of the truck directly. key to the assembly quality. The gasket choosing measuring machine has been produced based on the new method presented by the author. And the author analyzes the factors which affect the measure precision and gives some measures to minimize the affecting factors in this article. The machine is flexible and improves the assembly quality.
