摘  要:应用单因素试验和正交试验,以黄瓜籽油的产率为评价指标,进行了黄瓜籽油的微波辅助萃取工艺研究,考察了萃取溶剂种类、温浸时间、萃取温度、萃取时间和料液比对油产率的影响,得出了微波辅助萃取黄瓜籽油的最优化工艺条件:以二氯甲烷为萃取溶剂,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间10min,温浸时间1h,料液比(g·mL-1)为1∶8。与传统的水蒸气蒸馏法、索氏提取法相比较,微波辅助提取具有提取时间短、效率高、节约能源、产品质量好、无污染等优点,并且明显提高了黄瓜籽油中亚油酸组分的含量。Microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) of fixed oil from cucumber-seed was studied with single factor test ano orthogonal method and the yield of cucumber-seed fixed oil as the evaluation index. The effects of extracting solvent, soaking time, extracting temperature, extracting time and the ratio of raw material and solvent on the yield of cucumber-seed fixed oil were investigated. The optimal conditions of microwave-assisted extracting cucumber-seed fixed oil were obtained as follows: extracting temperature 50 C, extracting time 10 min, soaking time 1 h, the ratio of raw material and solvent 1 :8, and optimal extracting solvent C H2Cl2. By comparing with traditional steam distillation and Soxhlet extraction, microwave-assisted extrac tion offers more advantages, such as shorter extracting time, higher efficiency, less energy consumption, better quality of product, no contamination, and greatly increasing the content of 9,12-octadecadienoic acid.
