摘　　要：分析并提出了企业技术创新风险预警系统及指标体系,采用AHP方法和模糊分析法并结合实例论证了该指标体系在企业技术创新风险预警中的可行性;指出应综合运用风险转移、风险回避等相关措施以规避并有效控制企业技术创新过程中的各种风险。In this paper,the warning system and the warning index on technology innovation risk in enterprises are set up.The AHP and the fuzzy analysis method are used in an example to demonstrate the feasibility of this index system in the warning of technology innovation risk.Finally,it is pointed out that the related measures on risk transfer and risk aversion should be carried on to avoid effectively and control the risks existing in the innovation process.
