精密裁板锯降噪途径的探讨

摘　　要：通过对精密裁板锯噪声测试结果的综合分析,验证了主锯转速是影响机床噪声的主要原因之一。同时,本文介绍了精密裁板锯噪声的测试方法,分析了噪声产生的主要原因,并提出了降低噪声的途径,对提高精密裁板锯的性能提供了有益的参考。Through the comprehensive analysis for the noise test results of precision panel saw, it is proved that the main saw speed is one of the main reasons influencing the machine noise. The paper introduces the testing methods and analyses the main factors of produ cing no - load noise for precision panel saw, and puts forward some ways of reducing no - load noise, which will provide a reliable basis of design and manufacture for precision panel saw.
